“During the May riots in Philadelphia, while others ignored criminal activity, Bill McSwain defended law and order by prosecuting people who damaged state police vehicles. We also thank him for seeking justice for victims by holding violent criminals accountable. His leadership as a United States Attorney in the Eastern District will be sorely missed.
